Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will be the on-the-ground ambassador for Jammikuntalocal.com, responsible for driving the growth and monetization of the platform within the Jammikunta region. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach focused on local business outreach, registration conversion, and ad sales.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Local Business Registration & Acquisition
Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and target local businesses, shops, services, and professionals in Jammikunta who would benefit from a listing on the platform.
On-Site Registration: Conduct physical visits (field sales) to businesses to present the value proposition of Jammikuntalocal.com and secure new paid/free registrations and subscriptions.
Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospects and registered clients, tracking conversion progress in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for new local business registrations.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
Market Research: Continuously monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and new business openings to maintain a pipeline of high-potential leads.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in local business meetings, events, and networking groups to promote the platform and generate direct leads.
Digital Lead Follow-up: Follow up on inbound leads generated through the website, social media, and digital campaigns.
3. Advertising Sales & Collection (Ad-based Revenue)
Ad Space Sales: Consult with registered businesses to sell premium advertising space (Collection Ads, banner ads, featured listings) on the Jammikuntalocal.com platform.
Custom Ad Solutions: Develop and propose simple, effective advertising packages tailored to the specific needs and budget of local businesses.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments for registrations and advertising contracts.
4. Related Marketing & Operational Roles
Feedback & Insight: Gather feedback from local businesses on their needs, pain points, and suggestions for improving the Jammikuntalocal.com platform and services.
Brand Promotion: Act as a local brand representative, ensuring the positive visibility and reputation of the platform within the community.
